Day 2 - Hong Kong

The day started around 4am or better known as 3pm.  We made our way down to a nice breakfast at the hotel.  Mathew and Andie then took us around some sites of the city.  We started by going up to Victoria Peak.  Photos just don't do the view justice.

We then made our way down looking at some magnificent views and expensive properties.  We then took a boat taxi around Aberdeen Harbour, a small floating fishing village with a huge floating restaurant.

We drove around some and went to a beach with many statutes.  The statutes were placed to encourage people to come back to the area after being scared off by pirates.  I'll have to try to upload some photos as the are on another device.  We then ate lunch in the central district.  Matthew order for us.  We had several different dim sum (shrimp, BBQ, pork) and even ate some chicken feet.  They were actually quite tasty.

We walked around the area for several hours.  It has a very western feel, at least the areas we visited. The streets were packed with people and smells that vaguely remind me of New Orleans.
